Ad spend is paid directly to Meta on your card and is separate from our management fee. We never mark up media.
Most agencies will run your videos and call it done. We treat each shoot as raw material. One Stage 2 GTI dyno session becomes a 15-sec hook, a 30-sec build story, a customer-reaction cut, a sound-on banger, and a square-feed cutdown. Five ads from one shoot. Channel · Google Ads
The setup fee buys you something no other agency builds: a dedicated landing page for every ad group and keyword cluster. Generic landing pages cost you a third of your quality score. Cluster-specific pages flip the math.
Same fee logic as Meta. Ad spend paid directly to Google.

Backlinks, citations, GBP authority, map embeds — priced on a per-need basis because not every site needs the same dose. The audit showed Charlotte Performance needs a serious cleanup pass plus ongoing earning. Three tiers cover the spread.

Every bundle total above is management fees only. Your monthly ad budget — whatever you choose to spend on Meta or Google — is billed by the platforms directly to your card. We never touch the media spend, never mark it up. Example: running $5,000/mo on Meta means $5,000 to Meta + $2,000 to us = $7,000 total monthly outlay, not $2,000. You decide the ad budget; we manage how it gets spent.

How we do business
Monthly report — same depth as the audit you already saw. Live Ahrefs data, paid platform pulls, attribution down to the booked-appointment level. If we can't measure it, we don't promise it.
For performance shops specifically
Stage 2 tunes at $3K–$5K. Builds and swaps at $15K–$50K+. Restomod work at $60K–$200K. One booked big-ticket job pays for the full stack for a month. Everything past that is upside.
A Stage 1 customer becomes Stage 2, then Stage 3, then track-prep, then a build. Then they refer their friends in the same platform community. Year-1 CAC is the only CAC that matters — after that, the LTV math compounds.
Dyno pulls, build reveals, before/afters, side-by-sides. Most service businesses fight for thumb-stop attention. Performance shops have it built in. The Meta + organic IG stack works disproportionately well here.
Per the audit: real local competitors aren't ranking. National retailers are filling the gap. CPCs on big-ticket queries are $1–4.
