To edit videos with ChatGPT, you install the Tesseract plugin in the ChatGPT desktop app, let ChatGPT set up Tesseract's free engine on your computer, then open a folder with your clip and tell it what you want in plain words. In the app that's the Plugins tab, search for Tesseract, pick the one published by Mirage and click the plus button, then start a new chat, because installed plugins show up in new chats. That's straight from OpenAI's plugins docs.
And then what I'd do for the first one is keep it small. Ask for a 10-second vertical video from one clip with one title, and make it show you a preview before it exports anything. Then ask for exactly one change, like a bigger title, and tell it to keep everything else the same. Mirage's first project walkthrough says the same thing: point to a time, make one change at a time and keep your originals. Once the preview looks right, export the MP4 and keep the project file next to it so you can fix it later. The exact prompts are in my guide to editing videos with ChatGPT and Tesseract.
