Call whoever moved the money right away and ask them to reverse it, because every hour you wait makes it harder. The FTC's list of who to call goes by how you paid: Zelle or a bank transfer, call your bank or credit union; Venmo, Cash App or PayPal, call the app; a wire through Western Union or MoneyGram, call the wire company and tell them a scammer tricked you; a gift card, call the issuer at the number on the back and keep the card and the receipt; crypto, call the exchange or the ATM operator. Ask every one of them for a refund.
Then report it to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov, and file with the FBI at ic3.gov too. The FBI's warning on AI fraud asks for the number that called, the date, how you paid, the amount and what the caller asked for, so I'd write all of that down while it's fresh. I can't promise you get the money back, and nobody honest can. So the cheap fix is stopping the call before anything moves, and my guide to setting up a family safe word and a call-back rule walks your whole family through it for free.
